FBI Captures a REAL Homegrown Terrorist! Via NY Transfer News * All the News That Doesn't Fit [Well, well -- the FBI actually caught someone who has been at war with reproductive rights and threatening Planned Parenthood staff for years. Note the headline the AP gave the story -- they call this fugitive a "Fake Anthrax Suspect." They also note that he was among the FBI's 10 Most Wanted. Sure -- but he was only put on the list, after much pressure and help from defenders of reproductive freedom. The Oread Daily gives us the real scoop on this TERRORIST scum, including the fact that the Fabulous But Incompetent FBI started looking for him only after he TOLD them himself that he was responsible for fake anthrax mailings to abortion clinics. We wonder: Is THIS guy considered a TERRORIST? Are those who "harbored" him TERORISTS? Tell us, Mr. Ashcroft!] The Associated Press - December 5, 2001 (via yahoo) Fake Anthrax Suspect Caught WASHINGTON -- A fugitive suspected of mailing hundreds of fake anthrax letters to abortion clinics was captured Wednesday, the FBI said. FBI officials said Clayton Lee Waagner was caught in Cincinnati. He was among the FBI's 10 most-wanted fugitives. (c) 2001 The Associated Press * The real scoop, from The Oread Daily: Posted on Activist_List@yahoogroups by dgscooldesign@yahoo.com NO FOOLING ASHCROFT AND G-MEN Well over a month ago, following the receipt of letters which allegedly (but did not) contain anthrax by women's clinics around the country the following was written: "The language of the new, powder-laced notes is eerily reminiscent of a cyber-threat made by federal fugitive and self-described terrorist Clayton Lee Waagner, who earlier this year posted a manifesto on the Army of God Web site in which he said he would kill "anyone who works at an abortion location or Planned Parenthood (I don't care if their location actually performs abortions or not. ALL Planned Parenthood locations are targets.). It doesn't matter to me if you're a nurse, receptionist, bookkeeper, or janitor, if you work for the murderous abortionist I'm going to kill you." Yesterday, the Attorney General John Ashcroft and his G-Men finally sort of got the idea. The FBI announced that Waagner who had previously been convicted on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle, who escaped from the Dewitt County, Illionis Jail last February, and who is believed to have committed a number of bank robberies (including the First Union Bank in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he has been formerly charged) is considered to be the primary suspect in the mailing of the more than 280 letters sent to the clinics in early October. The FBI and Gen. Ashcroft leaped to this startling conclusion after Waagner claimed he had done it. Waagner who in October was finally placed on the Ten Most Wanted List 3-1/2 months after he announced on the web site of the terrorist Army of God that he intended to kill as many Americans as he could who happen to work for Planned Parenthood Federation of America--from doctors to janitors. You probably don't remember hearing about it on Peter Jennings. Last week Waagner announced that he had sent those letters and that he planned to begin killing 42 clinic workers he had previously identified. He gave this information and evidence to support it to Neal Horsley. Horsley just happens to be the guy who runs the web site "Christian Gallery" which publishes a compendium of names, addresses and sometimes photos of abortion providers, clinic workers and abortion rights supporters. Horsley claimed Waagner bound him with duct tape so that he couldn't promptly contact the authorities. As if! Sources: Women's E News, FBI, WLKY (Louisville, Kyn.), Pittsburgh Post-Gazette By the Way: At the time it happened there was this statement, "Pro- Life Virginia denounces the addition of anti-abortionist Clayton Lee Waagner to the FBI's ten most wanted list. In light of what just happened at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, it is ludicrous to list Clayton Waagner in the same company as Osama Bin Laden. Clayton Lee Waagner has never physically harmed anyone and has stated that his purpose is to save unborn children from being murdered at abortion mills and at the hands of Planned Parenthood. It is the job of the government to protect the lives of the innocent. In this case the government is protecting the babykillers and hunting down those who would save the babies lives. Putting Clayton Waagner on the FBI's ten most wanted list, shows a major loss of perspective, and points out that the present administration is still in the pocket of the pro-abortionists."
