America is sending you a message!

In an overwhelming show of spontaneous activism, thousands of donations have
poured into Planned Parenthood in honor of Presidents' Day. When LA Times
columnist Patt Morrison wrote that she planned to send a donation to Planned
Parenthood in honor of President George W. Bush -- as a way of protesting his
attacks on reproductive rights Ñ she may not have realized what she started.

Thousands of phone, letter and e-mail contributions later, we are thrilled
by the outpouring of support. Since so many people are choosing to make
their contributions on the Internet, we have set up a special place on our
Web site where people can donate and attach a message that Planned
Parenthood will forward to the President.

Over the next few weeks, we will be very busy sending President Bush the
many thousands of messages pro-choice America has asked us to forward to
him.
