Earlier they'd established that another group had the MP5 used in the attack. - EHP) Police blame INLA for murder Detectives in County Tyrone have said they believe the INLA was responsible for the murder of a man. The republican group is believed to have shot Christopher Charles Folliard, 30, as he left his girlfriend's home in the Oakland Park area of Strabane on 29 October. Mr Folliard, from Douglas Bridge near Strabane, who was shot in the head and leg, had loyalist paramilitary connections. Mr Folliard was jailed for 14 years in 1991 for conspiracy to murder a Catholic colleague at the quarry where he worked and for possessing firearms. However, his family said he was no longer a member of any loyalist paramilitary group. It emerged that the gun used in the murder was a missing police issue weapon.
