BOMB SENT TO NORTH DOWN CONSERVATIVE PARTY OFFICES

An incendiary device sent to the North Down Conservative
Party offices in Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland, was
defused by British army technical experts. The RUC described
the bomb as a "crude device but capable of exploding".
