Dana" GOVERNMENTS RECEIVE 'DECOMMISSIONING' REPORT 10/29/97 13:15 EST Britain's Northern Ireland Secretary announced today that the body set up to oversee the decommissioning of paramilitary weapons in Northern Ireland has presented its' report to the British and Irish governments. Mo Mowlam was replying to Democratic Unionist deputy leader Peter Robinson at Northern Ireland Question Time in the House of Commons in London today. She said: "Both governments have started today to consider that report and I envisage it will shortly be submitted to the decommissioning sub-committee in the talks {at Stormont].
