McGUINNESS QUESTIONS THREAT SOURCE

Ulster Unionists have angrily rejected a claim from
Sinn Fein MP Martin McGuinness that one of their councillors
may have been threatened by Loyalists. UUP councillor Andrew
Davison left his home in Derry after the threats, said to
have come from Republicans, were issued. He had previously
criticised his own party leadership for dragging its heels
in the talks process.

Martin McGuinness said this morning it was inconceivable
that someone with his political views would be targetted.
