The CIA has the unenviable record of having been duped by its
entire stable of Cuban DGI (double) agents, many hundreds of STASI
double agents, and, of course, Soviet KGB double agents. In the latter 
case - and in most all cases - the CIA published the information from 
the double agents as intelligence and the United States spent billions 
of dollars trying to build weaponry to counter claimed new Soviet 
weapons of mass destruction. We found out later these claims were false.

It seems that the CIA is the world's dupe for double agents
a fact I have railed at constantly. This gullability is the
product of CIA's various policies that make it certain to
be "non-intelligent."
