Communique from COMUNISTES de CATALUNYA June 18, 1999 THE HUMAN RACE So comrades come rally And the last fight let us face The Internationale unites the Human Race (The Internationale) This information appeared in the Spanish newspaper "El Pais" on the 16th June 1999: "since last week, when the withdrawal of Yugoslav forces began, numerous assassinations of kidnappings of Serbian civilians by the Kosovar-Albanian separatist guerrillas have been reported. The UNO envoy regretted the increasingly massive flight of Serbs from Kosovo." Not since the Nazi army of the Third Reich invaded a large part of the USSR in the summer of 1941 has the world witnessed a spectacle of media intoxication such as the present one - while the imperial hordes have entered Kosovo. It is the same media manipulation, the same methods, the same words, images and scenes that have been tampered with ... A fascist night has fallen on public opinion in the imperialist countries and their lackeys. The single fascist way of thinking has taken root, along with the single fascist information which brutalizes this opinion and makes it swallow the most blatant lies through the technique of repeating them ad nauseam a thousand times a day through all the different media, house-trained and used by the imperialist beast. They take the whole world for imbeciles, using the most blatant and insidious methods copied from the fascist regimes of Hitler, Mussolini and Franco. At the same time we are witnessing the cowardly mass capitulation of the western intelligencia - with few exceptions - who are applauding and contributing with their words and their pens to the fascist media intoxication, or are shamefacedly remaining keeping their silence. This is the reality, salvaged and put together from thousands of fragments of information dispersed in hundreds of reports from correspondents and which fully coincides with the testimony of objective observers who are not in the pay of the imperialists: as the Serbian troops left, the KLA mafia, with the collaboration of the imperialist hordes, rapidly constructed grotesque scenarios of supposed torture chambers; digging up corpses that had been burnt by the USA-Nato bombardments, with their blazing depleted uranium, presenting them as "Serb crimes". Furthermore, they are opening up the graves of all those Albanian guerrillas, who were sent on a suicidal fighting mission against the Yugoslav army by their mafia bosses who stayed behind in the brothels of Macedonia and Albania directing the operations. And at the time when they were putting on this macabre and shameless pantomime, the extermination of the Serbian people continued as they fled their land. The imbecilic relationship which the imperialist system establishes between information, the informers and the informed, is tremendous and terrible. With criminal coldness, for 78 days and nights without stop they bombarded, with "depleted" uranium and cluster bombs, a small nation, defenseless in the face of the most advanced and criminal modern technology. Now, with the same criminal coldness, they are bombarding world public opinion with their repugnant lies and their most sinister and blatant media fabrications in order to try to hide or justify their genocide against the Yugoslav people (a genocide that is continuing today in Kosovo) and in order to prepare the ground for a new imperialist aggression. >From an intellectual, cultural and political point of view, it is the greatest historical regression that humanity has suffered. It is the return to the obscurantism of the feudal age. It is the fascist monster. It is not by accident that, immediately after this criminal imperialist aggression against Yugoslavia, the ideologist who best represents imperialism has once again appeared in all the western media - Francis Fukuyama, author of "The End of History". In his new article which was published recently, "Thoughts on the end of history 10 years on", Fukuyama writes: "The open character of current natural sciences indicates that within the next two generations they will bring us the tools which will permit us to achieve what the social engineers of the past were unable to. At that point, we will have definitively concluded human history, because we will have abolished human beings as such. And then will begin a new post-human history." It is Fukuyama himself, the great ideological spokesman of imperialism, who is obliging us to face up directly to this final objective, which imperialism has just revealed, with "humanitarian" wars which they have been carrying out for a while and which have reached their starkest expression in the genocidal aggression against Yugoslavia. Now the misery and death to which they are submitting thousands of millions of human beings in the Third World are gaining a new meaning. What Fukuyama is saying does not belong to science fiction, but to a real threat and a project which is underway. Fukuyama has revealed to us imperialism's "final solution" for the human race in order to perpetuate the race of the powerful. In order to arrive at this point, imperialism, led by the USA, is developing a war of extermination against those who do not accept or do not sufficiently collaborate with the imperialist and fascist dictatorship of the IMF and the World Bank, and against the thousands of millions of human being which are of no use to them. The project unveiled by Fukuyama "of abolishing the human beings as such" has a historical precedent that everyone remembers: it was Hitler's dream to try to achieve a perfect race, without the human "ballast". We are witnessing the greatest ethnic, political and social cleansing known in the history of humanity and which is setting out to finish with the human race as such.
