In November 1997, State of Hawaii Judge Darly Choy found that I (Kamuela
Kualii Kalani Kapu O Kamehameha Lindsey--Sam Monet) was a danger to my haole
wife Juliana Monet because I associated with known "subversives and
criminals" like Bumpy Kanahele; and that my website HAWAII RESOURCE LIBRARY
was the "proof of my crimes"....therefore I was a danger to my haole wife
Juliana Monet.  (Please note that at trial, my wife reluctantly admitted
that even though I was Hawaiian and therefore prone to physical violence,
"Sam never hit me")

Hawaii Resource Library was shut down by court order.  My property and home
was confiscated.  My native Hawaiian, 75 year old mother (Fannie Lindsey
Moniz) was also thrown out of our house because she sided with me and
therefore was a threat to the haole spy, liar and thief Juliana Monet.

The State, in effect, tried to put a collar on my ankle.  I refused to
admit to my "crimes" no matter what deal they gave me.  I was thrown in
jail.  Out on bail, I finally got another court to dismiss the case.

Anyone who knows how American Justice works, knows that it takes time to
prove your innocence, especially when you are a politcal threat to the
status quo.  It took me 16 months to prove that all of my actions were
lawful under American law.

HAWAII RESOURCE LIBRARY is now back online.  Bludgeoned, bloodied yet not
defeated...I will now pursue a federal law suit for damages against the
State and my ex wife, Juliana Monet.
