The brilliant and victorious People's War in Peru is advancing on all fronts. With the armed struggle, the revolutionary masses are conquering and defending the People's Committees, with the honest and just leadership of the Communist Party of Peru (PCP) and its Central Committee. Thus, they are showing in deeds, the successful and unstoppable path for the working class and oppressed peoples of the whole world to follow.Under the leadership of the PCP, the working class and peasants' masses, principally the poor peasants and progressives, unite forces forging the People's Front of Liberation, in order to conquer, defend, and serve their own interests --the rights of the people-- in all aspects of life, and to march with sure steps toward the true universe of freedom: Communism.
Only with the armed revolutionary struggle can the masses conquer the New Power, which serves their class interests. The armed struggle of the Peruvian people, which is necessary to demolish the putrescent capitalist-landholders' state currently sustained militarily by the corrupt dictatorship of the narco-terrorist Hermoza Rios, and the drug-dealing figurehead Fujimori. Both are traitorous lackeys of imperialism, principally of Yankee imperialism, and known throughout the world for what they are: dogs of the CIA, the international financial oligarchy (big imperialist bankers and their corrupt governments.)
The contradictions between the imperialist powers and the oppressed countries are intensifying. The bombings and military attacks against the people of Iraq are clear proof. Meanwhile, some opportunists, full of cowardice, are involved in dialogues and conciliation with imperialism, in order to betray the people, and sink them into more hunger, misery, prostitution, and death. Now that the Russian social-imperialist block is in collapse, its loose tentacles in the Third World with Fidel Castro at the top, have been left hanging on their own without a foundation at the mercy of imperialism. Because of this, they seek to "negotiate" a way out that would allow them to preserve their privileges, while at the same time, satisfy the interests of international financial oligarchy and imperialism, mainly Yankee imperialism. These traitors may get the support of the bankers, the pope, false ecologists, pacifists, anarchists and trotskites, but never the support of the working class.
The history of the class struggle of the international proletariat, shows in a clear and shameful way that "negotiating" is an old trap which the reactionaries and their armed forces use to deceive, defeat, oppress, prostitute, rob, and kill the working class and all those who work by the sweat of their brow. The reactionaries negotiate anything, but they never negotiate their dominion, their lust for money, their deceit, their crimes against humanity, their genocide, their old and corrupt Power, their armaments, and their mercenary armies. These are untouchable, because those are their instruments for maintaining themselves in power, and enjoying privileges and riches which they steal and appropriate as "private property." Only with the armed revolutionary struggle of the working masses, with the People's War, can a world without exploiters or exploited, without oppressors or oppressed be conquered, constructed and defended.
The Communist Party of Peru (PCP), with the guidance of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo thought, principally Gonzalo thought, directing the revolutionary masses, the heroic People's Army of Liberation (EPL), the People's Liberation Front, and the New State in formation, according to the strategic plan of construction of the conquest of Power, advances inevitably toward this result: the triumph of the People's War, and the institution of the People's Republic of Per'u. This is an inevitable truth: Maoist victory for the working class and the people!
Only with a powerful people's army can the workers' masses, directed by Maoist Communist Parties, conquer, defend, and develop New Power. The Central Committee of the PCP confirms, in practice, that the Communist Parties of the world, must militarize themselves for three fundamental reasons:
Militarizing the Communist Parties First: Because we are in the strategic offensive of the World Proletarian Revolution, an uninterrupted and prolonged global process with wars of various kinds on five continents, which necessarily will lead to the definitive defeat of the imperialist powers and superpowers. This process is being developed currently as an epoch marked by violence, in which every kind of war of liberation expresses itself. It is for this reason, that in desperation, the imperialists are militarizing themselves more and more, militarizing their old States and their decrepit economies, and launching wars of aggression against the oppressed peoples of Latin America, Asia, and Africa, under the pretext of "defense of human rights," "peacekeeping operations," and "against drug trafficking." Thus, the genocidal heads of imperialism: Clinton, Chirac, Blair, Yeltsin, Kohl, Aznar, daily violate the so-called "human rights" in their own countries and abroad, but shamelessly say that they are "defending them." They wage bloody wars in many parts of the world through the State terrorism of puppet regimes, mercenary armies (proxies) or by direct intervention. They boast and prattle about "maintaining peace," and while they associate with drug dealers, they shout that they "struggle against drug trafficking." They repress violently the inexhaustible struggle of the international working class, and they aim at unleashing an imperialist world war. Therefore, since revolution is the principal tendency in the current and future world, the task of the Communist Parties is to support, initiate, and develop the revolution utilizing its principal form of struggle: the People's War. Therefore, we must oppose world revolutionary war to the world counterrevolutionary war.
Second: Because once the proletariat seizes Power, the bourgeoisie plots to restore capitalism (cases of China and USSR). The bourgeois classes, after they lose Power, introduce themselves within the Communist Party, and manipulate the army seeking to usurp Power. Consequently, the Communist Parties need to militarize themselves so that the proletariat may exert every mode of dominion over the three revolutionary instruments (Communist Party, People's Army, and People's Front), forging themselves in the People's War, and empowering the armed organization of the masses the people's militia -in order that they may devour the army if the latter tries to undermine the socialist construction. For this reason, militants must forge themselves as communists primarily and principally, and secondly, as combatants and administrators.
Third: Because we march toward a militarized society. Militarizing the Communist Party, we take a step toward the militarization of society . By applying the proletarian military line, the Marxist strategic perspective, the dictatorship of the proletariat over the bourgeoisie is supported by the people. The militarized society is the armed sea of masses which Marx and Engels conceived, in order to conquer the New Power, assure its defense, and its uninterrupted development toward communism with the People's War.
The experiences of Yenan in the Chinese Revolution, the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, and the victorious People's War in Per'u show the need for a militarized society, in order to defend and serve the interests of the working class and the people. The history of humanity confirms that Power (and everything else in society) are born from the barrel of the gun: the Communist Party, the People's Army, the People's Front, the New State, the New Politics, the New Economy, and the New Culture. Thus, the socialist agenda is to eliminate the bourgeois classes and its military who rule today's society in diverse modalities (e.g., theocracy, plutocracy and fascism) for being parasitic and oppressors of the people. We want a society of worker- warriors who are creative, rational, ethical and efficient. A New Life must be created in order to arrive at the true universe of freedom, that is Communism!
