DEFEND THE LIFE OF PRESIDENT GONZALO!

Before this brilliant perspective of seizing power for the proletariat and the people, the Peruvian reactionaries headed by the genocidal traitor Fujimori, under the command of North American imperialism (as part of its low-intensity war, and propped up on the bloody bayonets of the genocidal armed forces), has conducted a "referendum" to sanction his genocidal constitution, and carried out a military coup d'etat, thus, trying to restructure the old state and accomplush the principal task of the reactionaries that is to annihilate the People's War, which will never be annihilated.
As part of the contention between revolution and counterrevolution, the reactionaries pursue their sinister persecution of the political prisoners and prisoners of war applying a plan of isolation and systematic annihilation in the dark, fascist concentration camps of the Naval Base of Callao (where the reactionaries seek conditions to assassinate Chairman Gonzalo), Yanamayo, Canto Grande, Chorrillos, Trujillo, Cachiche, and others, were they are denied basic rights, like the right to adequate nutrition, medical care, employment, direct and frequent visits, and defense. Within this plan, they committed massacres of unarmed prisoners and continually transferred them, which is a pretext to assassinate and disappear the best children of the people. All of this is aggravated today with the starting of the new plan of genocide against political prisoners and prisoners of war. A sign of this can be seen when in their so-called maximum security cells such as the women prison in Chorillos led by genocidal Colonel Comejo Cobenas, and also in the prison for minors in Maranga, where they staged supposed discoveries of tunnels, dynamite, ammonium, etc.. This is a dark reactionary slander similar to the ones that preceded the genocide of 1986 and 1992 against political prisoners and prisoners of war, the sinister plans of the reactionaries which today, serve a tiny foul revisionist group of capitulators of the MRTA who are raising entrapping banners of "peace accords" voice threats such as, surrender or "fateful consequences". These are the wicked plans of the reactionaries that the prisoners of war combat and crush with resolution and firmness, as political prisoners and prisoners of war from the Shining Trenches of Combat. The prisoners are raising the unbeaten banners of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo thought, principally Gonzalo thought. They reaffirm the defense of the life of Chairman Gonzalo with firmness and decision. The In their words, a communicate of the prisoners of war at Chorrillos, state:
" We are
learning from his heroic example, and are embodying his all-powerful
Gonzalo thought, to defeat the new plan of genocide in progress
against political prisoners and prisoners of war. Furthermore, we are applying heroic
resistance in defense of the revolution, the morale of our class, and
our very lives.
With profound conviction we reaffirm our commitment to continue the
forceful and victorious people's war in Peru and to be a torch lit
before the world, a base and heroic trench of combat of the working
class and the people of the world. We have infinite faith in the
future birth of the People's Republic of Peru and that the Revolution
will triumph because we have Gonzalo thought, and that is the guarantee of
Communist triumph.
